| It lies on the bank of a stream (?); east of the village road joining to the Bursa highway; 1700 m north of Tophisar Village of Karacabey District. It was discovered in 1989 during the Balikesir Survey conducted by M. Özdogan. Materials dating from the Late Neolithic Age; the Chalcolithic Age; the EBA; the Hellenistic and Roman Periods were collected from the surface. Code H 9/1. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. |
